We do not issue refunds for readings or root-work services.  We offer an alternative such as

re-scheduling for readings and adjustments to root-work. Cancellations for Root-Work services must be submitted in writing and services will be discontinued WITHOUT A REFUND. Do not request services if you are not serious. All Root-Work Services begin as soon as payment is received.
