Service Description

During a holistic coaching session, one will experience an atmosphere that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. This session is designed for "You" the client to be the driver, while the couch is simply there to facilitate when needed; and accompany the driver as a completely present passenger. Topics of discussion are initiated by the client. This can include aspirations, short and long-term goals, and even personal issues or concerns. Holistic exploration leads to holistic development and freedom. Remember you are never alone. Peace and Blessing, Royal Essence
